Rules
TopBill is a public leaderboard. There are no ads, no API keys, and no revenue share. You pay to stand above everyone else. Rank is the bid — nothing else.
How ranking works
- New listings are whole US dollars, $1 minimum, $999,999 maximum, $1 at a time. Bids already on the board keep their amount until they raise or get outranked.
- Taking #1 costs at least $5 more than the current top bid. Paying less still puts you on the board at whatever rank that bid can take. Equal bids stay in the order they were placed — the older bid keeps the higher rank.
- Day ranks what you spent in the last 24 hours. Week ranks the last 7 days. All is lifetime spend. The same payment counts on every board until it drops out of a window.
- Enter the same website or @handle again to raise that listing. The new bid must be at least $1 above your current bid; you only pay the difference. Someone else cannot take your rank by paying the same amount.
- There are three boards: Web, App Store, and Google Play. Each board has its own category list. App Store uses Apple's categories; Google Play uses Play Store categories, including game genres. A listing only ranks on the board that matches its link.
What you can list
- A product website, an X @handle, an App Store page, or a Google Play page.
- Chat and invite links are not allowed — Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, Messenger, Signal.
- Links to sexual content are not allowed.
- Query parameters are stripped. Affiliate and tracking URLs will not keep UTM tags.
- Link shortener URLs are not allowed.
After you pay
- Your listing is public. Clicks go to the URL or profile you submitted, without query parameters.
- A completed payment is what claims the rank. Payments are not refundable.
- Checkout is processed by Polar. A completed payment is what claims the rank.
